2002 f150 starting

    Desribe "shaking" Have you ever changed your spark plugs??? Could have some missfiring going on....loose engine mounts.....give more detail on that...if its only when your starting it could be because the solenoid is bad and the engine is just having a hard time getting turned over..

    Oh my bad, yea then its probably just shaking because the truck is having a hard time cranking....

    maybe weak spark from the battery and then when it gets charged it goes to normal?

    well lets slow down first. The Battery is 10 years old change that. Then if your still getting having issues with it starting and "shaking" let us know.

    Yup. Your battery is toast.

    Get a new one and I bet your issue will be resolved.

    were better thank f150forum! WELCOME ABOARD DUDE! i would say its time for a new battery....only really supposed to last 5 years (3 to 5 is what they say if its taken care of the right way. Filled, charged and cleaned.)
