Well, since the world is in lockdown and the weather has warmed up, I decided to finally tackle the headlights for my 2010. I was going to redo the retro on my 07, but it was totaled...

    So here's the parts list.
09-14 halogen projector headlights from amazon
    (everything else from lightwerkz)
    G5_EX projectors
    Osram Nightbreaker Laser bulbs
    Profile Switchback Demon Eyes
    35w/50w Profile Powerhouse ballast

Since the truck is white and chrome, I decided against doing any paint for now. Also, replacing an existing projector makes a retrofit 10x easier versus drilling out a halogen bucket.

Nice work. What are your initial thoughts on the Profile stuff?

Hard to say until I run it for a while, but we'll see. I've heard the powerhouse ballasts aren't super reliable, and i already noticed one of mine isn't potted very well.
The demon eyes seem to be fine. No RGB stuff to mess with, so pretty simple.

I do have one of the 9" RGB lightbars that I got on clearance, along with the Profile Pilot RF controller. Probably be trying it out soon and see what happens.

Well, found the first issue. Thought that the ballast was bad, turns out it was the igniter. Ordered a new one from Lightwerkz. Also have to extend some of the wiring, the H13 harness from TRS is a little short for how I want to run it.

But holy crap are the Osram Lasers bright. When troubleshooting, I changed between a set of old morimoto 5500 d2s vs the new Lasers and totally believe the Lasers 200% light increase.

Installed them last night. Had to extend the relay harness and am waiting on the new igniter. But good to go otherwise. Looks oem+ which is what I wanted.

Bottom two are showing the switchback turn and demon eyes.

Thanks. I'm still a fan of the blacked out heads that hide the projector better, but it wasn't going to work on a white truck. I've got a set of 6" RGB strips I'm thinking about hiding in the buckets someday, but that might just be quarantine talk lol

Also need to get Forscan going to turn off my DRLs. Switchback demoneyes don't do any good if the headlights are on all the time.
