    They want 38k for a new FX2 EcoBoost which is the truck I'd buy if I were in the market for a new one truck. I'd love a new one, but I'm fine with what I have for now. Fugg being car poor!

    I have a great truck, I love it, but the clear coat has failed, so there are little micro cracks all over the paint, and the cheapest quote from a non-macco like place are 5,000 for a nice paint job.....

    Thats the only reason that I look at new ones.

    I don't know where you live but here you can get a good paint job by a pro for $2000

    Same here. I know several people that's got killer paint jobs for as low as $1200. Unless you're wanting some crazy graphics or something, 2k is plenty around here for a kick ass paint job. I was quoted $1100 to repaint mine and fix a couple of dings about a year ago.

    you can get the 6.2 in a platinum and lariat with max trailer tow. (which has the tow mirrors also)

    they no longer offer a 5spd so i wont be getting anything new even if i could afford to
