Surprised no one has made a thread discussing the all new F150 debuting later this year.

I'm not impressed at all with the Platinum, but I personally think the current Platinum isn't great looking either. I'll admit the FX models appear to look better with their lack of chrome. I dunno, we'll see what they look like in person once they hit the lots. That grille is going to be hard for me to overlook. That 2015 Stang is sounding more like the route I may take :jester:

I'm a fan of the lesser chromed out models. Maybe they'll grow on me after a year or two, just like the 12th gens did. As of now, they are pretty hideous.

Saw @ 6pm the local news did an interview with an area body shop owner
who said the aluminum body panels would be way more expensive
to repair due to: "Aluminum doesn't have "shape retaining memory"
like steel panels do." causing higher insurance rates for these new F150s.

The next statement was the owner will have to buy $25K in new
equipment to work with aluminum body panels.

I call BS on the local news reporting.

different for sure but I cant wait to see them in person.

I kinda like the contours to the hood and how the paint lines kinda wrap around the grill. the bumpers look nicer than my dads 2013 bumpers, that's for sure.
