I'll start Transmission Transfer case Rear Driveshaft Front Drive shaft Front axle Housing, including axles, cv's Matching R&P Knuckles Rotors 4.6L 4x4 ECU 4hi/lo switch Truck is pre-wired for the 4wd switch, just need the switch as mentioned. what have I left out? how so? if i find a wrecked truck but good powertrain, its like $2k tops, which is cheaper then a new truck note. hell, price all that stuff i listed from ebay, its like $2.5k. The ECU is going to be more expensive then the transfer/transmission. I'll also have my transmission to sell for some cash back.
Personally I don't have the time or patience to do something like that. I would simply sell yours or trade it for a 5.4 4x4 screw and be done with it.

both front hubs...i reccomend a solid axle...drive shaft...transfer case...maybe mounts?...hope your tuck is a unibody...clutch pedal...and make sure the gears match your rear stub...anything else? did i forget anything?
donor truck would probably be your best be cause then you get could get everything. you list above seems to be in order after a quick glance, good luck brother
