Gotcha, you'll need more then just drag radials though. You'll need some susp work if you really want it to hook. In all honesty unless you're building every part of the truck though if it doesn't hook up perfect there is also a much higher chance of not breaking crap, cost a few tenths but also saves some parts.

I think Your biggest problems or limitations you're gonna run Into is just the fact that its a huge truck. Long wheelbase an lots of weight. For the money you're gonna spend on this have you thought about just buying a 10th gen single cab short bed? Build a 4.6 aluminator basically an just boost it. I honestly think it'll be the same price if not less. An then you still have your dd and a fun truck but if it breaks you're not stranded. Just a thought
