been working on it here and there.... blew up the 4.10's so the 3.08's are back in it ... put a air gap intake on itand found the reson she was always kinda slugish off the line. when ya got a blown out intake gasket and its letting exhaust in the number 3 runner its like having a open EGR all the time. she much more happy now. and i have no idea how it wasn't leaking coolent.... lil more tuning on the carb and she will be all good..... i hope
very nice work. What size is the carb ? ive always liked edelbrock stuff. i was a holley guy when i was younger but there were too many tuning issues
am taking her to TENN first of the month... should be a nice trip. i have taken her out of town trips before and she did fine. got 18 with a stock 600 holley that i tuned on a bit. im way better with holley's and like them better. love there air gap intakes. thay are the best street intake ever. and adding a 1 in open spacer makes them even better .... will see how she dose coming back with a engine in the bed.

i had an edelbrock ...650 ? i believe on my 85 f150 with the 351w motor in it. ran pretty good. i need to get that truck goin again
