Ok so everyone knows the problems I had with my truck since Ive owned it and finally I got the news I didnt want about the motor so it is time to rebuild it.

Yesterday we hauled the truck to my buddies house so I could use his heated garage to do the work. True friend there.

Got to work on it yesterday and got everything unbuttoned and the motor ready to pull. So today we pulled the motor out and got it on the stand for teardown.

    Anyways on to the pics:

A rebuild kit is like $2k ...... Thats why i found a donor motor for only $300 that runs like a top

I would add some cams and have a little blueprinting done as long as it's out. The gears are going to be sweet
