I have about filled up my positive battery post with my hids, system, train horns, e-fans, and some other stuff. I am fixing to add the 4 hid lights on a light bar and want to know if anyone has seen or done a second battery. I am running a optima red top now, am thinking about making the one I add a yellow top. Any help would be great! I want to keep it under the hood, not in the cab or bed!

My main reason for adding a second battery would be to get more positive terminal space. Would I be better off running a large hot wire off it an making like a second positive post of that battery?

Ya, the big 3 will be no problem, bit I didn't know all the other stuff would be involved in adding another battery. Fml!

u can get a fuse box that holds 6 accessories from auto zone for less than 20 bux.

Well as of right now I am ok, but when I add 4 hid off road lights, hid fogs, and am thinking about some power steps, I don't think I could get all that on there. I may just add a fuse box to the battery I an currently running. It's a optima red top, I am having no problems out of it. Just drop a fuse box of it and would probably be ok.

that's the route I would go first. add a fuse block, then the big 3 upgrade and then add a second battery.
