Anyone ever painted a tool box?

    will do, and ya we owe a ton to bowden, hated to see him go but it was past his time. jimbo is building a whole new era for us. cant wait to see what the next few years hold for the program and just happy the gators and their lousy shit talkin fans are gettin a taste of there own medicine! F.T.G.!

    I've painted my toolbox twice. The first time I did it I took a scotchbrite pad and scuffed the hell out of that thing. Then I sprayed duplicolor truck bed coating from a spray can on it.3 coats. After a few months it was super dull. After about a year it started to flake. So I sanded it down real well again. I sprayed normal semi gloss paint onto it with plenty of dry time between. After 3 coats I sprayed semi gloss clear onto it,3 coats again. After about 6 months of sun,rain,and mud its holding up nicely.

    If I were to do it again-scuff it up real well,self etching primer,normal semi gloss, and then clear.
