    its "Seam sealer" 25 bucks at oreillys its great stuff! it fills in gaps and leaves a surface thats easily formed and painted, to keep water and such from leaking down or anything from coming up, its very common in the mini truck world for raising bed floors, notch covers etc..

    should be blocking it down and shooting some primer some time this week, ill be sure to get pics up, ive got the 97-03 lincoln navigator head lights im working on ordering the hood grill bumper and fenderssss navi front end here i come =)
