SO after i finally get them dam cradle for the snow plow off. It appears i DO need mounts for the brush guard.. its a Westin, and as far as i know, they wont sell just the mounting brackets. SO its lookin like either a quick clean up and craigslist, or off into the scrap pile up at the shop. On top of, only about an inch of movement before the font end is on the bump stops. So i gotta either shave them down, or get the correct ones. I love my rab. with a passion. Looks like im just gona build the lightbar i shouldve built for a while now
make some brackets outta fuggin angle ....... i took my bguard off a wrecked truck and straightened it and make some mountin brackets ......its simple
Just fab the brackets man! me and my grandpa just got done fitting a bguard on my truck that works with the body lift. (stupid me told my buddy to slice the frame) I also welded two extra light tabs that hold 7.5 inch lights right beside my licence plate.
nice. im pretty sure im going too. which is good since im seeing a body lift in the near future. will allow me to tweak them to work with it
