Hey Jordan, I thought the exhaust on my 2006 F150 was way too quiet but did not want to go too loud. I made my own catback exhaust with some items I found at the local Canadian Tire. Got a Thrush Cherry Bomb 2.5 inch and a 100 dollar Rumble muffler, welded them together, got a chromed slashed tip and some bends and connectors. Welded some hangers to it and now have a side exit (before the rear tire) home made exhaust. I am by no means a good welder, just a backyard tinkerer. I was pretty surprised at how nice it sounds, my wife does not like loud exhausts and this got her seal of approval. It gives a nice low rumble, no drone in the cab. Once you give er the beans she sounds a bit more rowdy but will not wake up the neighbors. For under 200$ CAN and some elbow grease got a pretty sweet set up. And I did not cut up the original exhaust so could put it all back to stock if I wanted to, but I sure don't.
