I'm just saying that a lot of miles for a truck that's 10years old. A tuner will definitely help ya out. What exhaust you getting?
dude just clean MAF, Throttle body (shud fix gas pedal), put in a k and n, do gotts mod (I got plenty of 3inch pvc still), and do that 02 sensor mod I sent u a link to if you dont put the cats back on. Im perdy sure that it wont run to full potential when those 02 sensors are trippin the Check engine light, but idk. Do normal mods and it shud be like a totally different truck.
and another thing dustin, when you buy somethin used with 220,XXX you need to do a tune up, thats why it prob feels sluggish, change plugs, change oil, change air filer, change trans fluid, change fuel filter, change front and rear end fluid
