not positive, but i dont think we have any ethanol here either, like the people driving around in flex fuel vehicles and there are no e85 pumps to be found, anywhere
E85 Stations in Ohio I jumped all the hoops required by the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to obtain my Ethanol Fuel Producers Permit. Checked with local officials who told me there weren't any restrictions in our county before applying to the Feds. I was approved, took the federal permit paperwork to local county officials to gain State of Georgia permits. The local yahoos were typing up the local permits in front of me only to decide at the last minute I needed industrial property to make "white lightning". They said "We have some industrial property we can lease you and a special use permit for $500 per year." Ethanol is all about political money and tree hugging. The feds wanted 54 cents per gallon tax on ethanol I would use for motor fuel.
by no means am i gona enjoy buyiong gas from them but 100% gas is 100% gas. if yal inland guys think it sucked, i went all summer without a job. i sat at home without the money to even ride to the oil covered beach. walkin to fishin holes lol. i felt like a bum haha
You can't find 100% around here. It's all 85% gas and 15% ethanol. Sucks big time cause it doesn't keep long.
