Alright I finally got time to change my Coils. I got some Accel SuperCoils for about $200 and they seem to be alright. I got one of my Chevy drivng friends to come over and help me out just to make things a little more interesting. Took us about an hour to do it and that was taking our time. The hardest part was just accessing the bolt holding the Coil in place since there isnt any room to get your hands in there. I tested the resistance on all the old coils and found that the number 6 coil had .3 ohms resistance while all the others had .8 ohms resistance. I never checked the new coils but does anyone know the stock resistance?

Alright Ive got the itch to do some mods to my truck but I dont know what to do.
I wanna get my windows tinted, probably tint to 35%, theres a guy close to where I live that will do it for $60. Otherwise im not sure what I want to do now.

What do you guys think I should do? lets keep this budget minded, Im not about to re-gear thats just too much down time for my truck and too much money.

    Hey thanks man.
Would I be mad if I went to 20% tint or would 35% be too much, Ive heard that 20% gets too dark at night and I dont need the LawDogs barkin at me any more than they do already.

tint always makes a truck look better. That's pretty cheap too, ask what his guarantee is.

Anybody else got badly faded bed rail caps? anything you can do to make them new again? I already tried Mothers back to black and meguiars back to black and those didnt do anything.

I was thinking either Krylon Fusion Black or Plastidip black.

Yeah those back to black products don't work. Only for about 3 weeks then it fades off

Think Krylon Fusion is the best paint for plastic? Would I need a primer coat first?
