Alright so I have been wanting to play around with my Edge for a while now, but I'm worried that I will change something and screw it up. So can anyone help me out here? I wanna run it on Level 2 and I want the shifts to be crisp, I want it to GO when I hit the throttle, I want it to run smooth and feel like it has extra power. Can anyone give me an idea as to what I should change?

Im running 285 70 17 tires, 3.73 gears, and a K&N filter with stock intake.

Level 2 is fine, make sure that your tire size is updated. Change Shift firmness to +7 for 1-2 and 2-3 shift. Make the shift points at 5000rpm, and max rpm at 5400. Let me know how that feels

Having the shift points at 5000 seems pretty high. I dont know if I wanna run it up that high all the time.

That's only for the full throttle shifts. Regular shifts will still be at the regular mph

Alright, these are American Eagle Alloy series 015 in the Ice Clear Finish. Got 287/70-17 Kenda Klever A/T tires. So far they are pretty quiet and they seem decent. I guess ill know in about 10,000 miles if theyre really worth the money.

So I was experiencing what I believe to be a misfire at low rpm when i was in OD. I just got a new set of Ignition coils today, I have never replaced coils before, is there anything I need to make sure that I do?

    plug end wound wire and
electrical harness plug in contact points.

So just put a dab of dielectric grease on the little wire in the coil itself and a little on electrical plug-in connection?

Do i need to disconnect the battery when changing coils?
