Bull bar with installed tow hooks

    So please take a look at this pic for me.If you can guess what he did to put his tow hooks back on,please tell me.How are they secured also?I am wanting to put my tow hooks back on and this looks like a good rout to go if there securely on there.I do quite abit of mudding in the spring time and summer time so it would be awesome to have my tow hooks back.Hey someone has to pull my friends chevy out when he gets stuck:jester:

    looks like they're bolted to the bull bar..:shrug:

    If thats the way he did it.Think that would be secure enough to hook up to tow hooks and tow someone out?Or you think that would damage the bull bar?

    to me it looks like he made a bracket to mount them too. it just doesn't seem like he went to the bar

    if you get a bit enough bolt in there you should be ok, but making a bracket would be even better

    or would you be able to make a spacer to drop the hooks below the bar?

    Get a debar or post pics of where your bull bar mounts and the hooks so I can figure it out

    idk how he did his but obviously the best place in the frame, mounted mine on the sway bar mounts and well they bent and tore

    looks like he attached them to the side of the frame
