Depends on brands, I have a Memphis audio 10 that was $80 bucks new and the 12's I have are $120/piece brand new....and they get more expensive than that (j Wal can tell you what his jl audio subs cost), if you can build a box that will save you money also because idk bout the shops in your area but the shops in my area charge around 70 bucks to build a box for a single sub and 110 for a dual sub. Some companies offer premade "universal" boxes for cheaper than a custom box. You'll also need an amp, size you'll need depends on the sub/subs. Amps are usually a couple hundred brand new.
