Hi everyone, I have 2010 F150. I just saw my check engine light come on, I believe it is time for me to change oil. I'm running at almost 150,000 mile mark. I checked the oil it is already dark and my last change oil was about a year ago.

I have been tasked to do hauling for my truck and I need advise what oil is best high mileage and for carrying heavy loads?

I came across good article on different type of oil, and I am leaning towards Valvoline 5w-30 Fully synthetic. Has anyone using this or what would you recommend?

    Any feedback is much appreciated.
