I wanted to wait a little longer before starting anything cause we've been so busy wrapping up a T100 and the camino we haven't had time for my truck. But we started finally! Along the way we have had so many plans but we have finally narrowed it down. We are starting out with my 2003 F-150. There's a lot going into this and I'm sure will be a long and stressful build. The direction we are going for indefab is to show that you can have a race quality truck on the road. So basically we want to make turn key race trucks that can also be street legal. We were going to build a pro2 chassis for my truck but I decided we will not. We will still make one but I'll be using for another vehicle down the road. I will try and list everything but I know Ill forget something. -Long Travel Kit 90" width, 24-26" Travel with 6x5.5 lug with J Arm uppers -Custom subframe -Linked rear and cantilever -Built axle, not sure if going ford 9 might be the toyota 8.8 -Nose cage, will be shock hoops until motor swap -Cab Cage -Bed cage but want to retain a lot of the bed for chase/my bike -Bumpers -Wilwood brakes all around -Reinforced chassis and upgraded subframe with a back half -Custom dash and firewall because when new motor gets put in it will be pushed back to the cab more -Motor and tranny swap haven't decided on what motor. We have a few ideas. -Glass all around obviously which we will be molding -Method wheels 15x10 -35x12.5x15 BFG A/T -Paint will be semi white -Fuel Cell -Fox 2.5x14 remote resi up front -King bypasses in the rear Hope you all enjoy this process. If there's any questions just ask because when done our f150 products will be in production and will be purchasable. All are products are race quality products that are and will be tested to the highest standards.
Just mock up. And there on the camino. Knuckles will be done next. The spindles are only thing from my build. The lowers and uppers are the casinos. Not mine
Also forgot to mention we have come up with an idea on our spindle for an adjustment to change your camber at will. So when your in the dirt you can drop your stance. I will show pictures of it when it's done so you have a full understanding of it
We will see. I don't think there will be a reason to. Gonna do exactly what it needs to do. Chase, sportsman and huck.
do tell the reasoning why you went with a heim at the spindle to mount to the LCA? want to see what the process was before i comment
