As most of you know my truck has been in the shop getting super charged. i had no idea the amount of parts that had to be changed out. i simply thought it was a bolt on and go change out. boy was i wrong. first had to cut out part of the firewall to make it fit. then had to have different brackets for the extra belt. then the calls kept coming from the shop. we need idler pulleys,throttle cable,throttle brackets,water pump,fan,alternator,air intake,maf,and several different wiring harnesses and hoses. tomorrow the guys are saying it will be ready. i have a custom flash tune from the guys at more power tuning and she should be set to go. cross your fingers for me and hope there are no more snags.

should be worth it, i was wondering why it has 4.29 gears with 40s, and not 4.88s or 5.13s?? there is a boy in odum with a excursion, and he has the v10 in it, and he has 5.13's with 40s and he is getting 15 mpg
i didnt build the truck but it has plenty of power and i think the gears are perfect for it. you will have to ask zuk the next time he is on cause he chose the gear ratio
