Alright, I've done a bunch of reading up and am getting psyched to do the retrofit. The last straw was my drivers side pNp bulb quitting for no reason. I had a spare that I'm running right now, but I'm over it.

Need 6 strips of Switchback LEDs 6" long (3 for each side) and I'll be set.

Has anyone stripped the amber off of the side reflectors? I painted over it and would like them clear now.

I got clear reflectors on my DOT approved headlights. As long as the light behind the reflector is amber.

Dang.... That's lame. I don't want to have to buy the whole assembly just for the clear corners...

    How are they shaped?
I know I could make the ones in the dodge headlights from lexan/plexiglas

I could probably do something like that, but don't want to bother lol. It's a simple oval with a slight curve to it.

Found these. I could wire them to where the white is on with running lights, then only amber with turn signals. Right?

Anyone have the schematic for our turn signal wiring? If it's Running light/Ground/Turn then I can have the white wired to running/ground and amber to turn/ground.

There's these on amazon also. I would just trim them down, unless it's possible to cut the 30cm in half and have two usable 15cm lights

Thinking of doing something like this, but with the ambers working as turn signals and white as running lights.

Those look kinda gay IMO, they look like something you'd see on a toy rc car, cheapens the front end of the truck
