I would bet that the WOT shift numbers mean you increase them by 100, 200, 300 rpms or decrease them -100, -200, -300 rpms.

If your truck never sees a WOT shift, then I would leave them be. I mean you could adjust it, go drive, and if you dont like it then set it back.

In my own imaginary world, where. Respect for wome
this is referring to WHEN it should shift when you are WOT. It is better to ADD then subtract here if you are looking for power. If you want better mpg, then go NEGATIVE.

Lets say your WOT currently shifts at 35mph for 2-3. Well, if you increase it, it will shift later. for example, putting it @ +3 would shift it @ 38mph, thus putting you at a higher rev when you get into the next gear. The same happens if you reverse it. Putting Negative would make you shift sooner, putting you into the next gear at a lower rpm than normal.

Also, if you adjust your timing, i would leave it alone in the 0-2000 range, but increase it a lil in the 2000-4000 & again in the 4000-+ range. Make sure you are running some good spark plugs too cuz if you just got some cheapo's in, advancing the timing won't change too much.
