    we dont have to pass for emmisions or anything here. its still illegal to remove them like it is everywhere else. atleast most shops wont remove the rear cats unless you pay them cash. they wont give you a receipt for the work done either.

    yeah the shops around here wouldn't think about cutting them out for me. i guess they're scared of you getting a ticket for it and saying on well this shop did it for me.

    yeah people pay 30-40 per cat because of the platinum build up in the cats or something like that
