Dont buy anything from Back Country Accessories

    dont know if this is the right place but my dad bought me a teksyle tonnue cover for xmas and 3 days after xmas this happend.. now ive been waiting for them to reply for a couple weeks and now they come back and say they are not covering it because it was not a manufacture defect. i mean come on it was on the truck for 3 days. just a warning do not buy from this company they do not stand behind there product that was sapose to have a 3 year warranty[​IMG][​IMG]

    they said they said it was a act of god because it was windy and the shitty thing is the truck was parked in my buddys driveway and woke up in the morning with my tonnue cover flaping in the wind above my cab

    Is BCA is just the seller of the tonneau cover or the manufacturer?

    dood that sucks, save your pennies and get a truxedo, they have a lifetime warranty no questions asked.

    Extang's customer service is great. I called them to order a set of 4 snaps (they come in sets of 4, not individually) because when I bought my cover used it was missing one and they asked for my address and sent me 8 of them for free.

    They didnt care that I didnt buy the cover new and wasnt on file.
