wtf? wind isn't an act of God. a ****in hurricane is but not 10 mile an hour winds. And even so its a damn tonneau cover. what the **** is it designed to do? sit inside the truck? NNOOO!!! its supposed to cover the bed while driving and guess what happens when you're driving? wind blows over the tonneau cover. I would ream them so bad for that shit
ya exactly my point its BS all im saying is DO not buy anything from this compnay they do not stand behind there product, i would understand if the cover was a couple years old but not less than a week old
they perdy much said its not there problem and it was a act of god not manufacure defect. shit i dont think i even want another cover from then if it only lasted a couple days i want somthing that lasts, my dad 08 has had access cover on his truck that the local ford dealer instaled new after his 06 was tooken back after being repainted 3 times cuz of "rail dust" little specks of rust coming threw the paint and he just had a cheap tonnue on the 06 and it was nicer than this POS
here is the email they sent Our warranty department reveiwed the pictures that you sent. I'm sorry to tell you, but they do not feel that this is a warranty issue. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. This damage would be considered an act of God, not a defect with the product. The vinyl material is very strong and it would require tremendous force for it to tear like this. I would recommend that you contact your insurance company on the matter. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Regards, Mark Foehring Back Country Accessories 866-524-6755
