    youd pay that much for a problematic 6.0 granted its not the 03 6.0 but still you but a programmer and run too much boost and lift a head youll want to kick yourself in the @$$

    ^^ you do the EGR delete and the truck will run strong. 107k miles ain't bad for a diesel at all but I don't know I'd give him 18k for it. only thing I would change is the gay red emblem overlay

    Not always. Well...if ALL you do is a programmer. But if you really go to town with the mods even the egr delete and head studs won't keep her together
