troyer E fans is the way to go, that's what i'll be getting. E fans for your truck would be about $425

I'm running dodge intrepid fans. They are a dual fan dual speed setup. I use 2 relays. One relay controls the low speed and runs with ac. The other relay controls high speed and runs from the thermostat. I got the thermostat and relays from advance auto.

My entire setup was less than a hundred bux. I have 0 heating issues. In 100 degree weather at idle, my truck will not got over 194 degrees and ac blows 50 degrees.

How big are the fans? How efficient are they? These trucks need to stay in the 190-200 area. That's the tempature these motors operate best. I'm def going with troyers fans but reason I'm going with them is cause I'm going to do alot more to my truck. But your first mistake was buying from o ****yourselfs.

you can find a cheaper setup. you need dual speed fans like thomas stated already. go to a junk yard and find a setup like his and properly hook them up.
