    I'll like to put w 5.0 in mine when my 5.4 goes out. That's why I'm curious.

    if i was buying new thats the engine id get...totally practical but has enough power to hang with the big boys! so what if its a v6? times have changed!

    you can sorta hear the turbos when they wind up, but the exhaust sound is the only problem...still sounds like a v6

    so would you rather have a fast and a lot of TQ but still get great mileage but have only a v6 (which im sure you could put on bigger turbos :crazy:)

    or a v8? shoot itll even hang with the 6.2.....


    IMO id take that v6. ill take the bashing from everyone for having a v6 in a 1/2 ton...but ill be able to pull more, quicker off the line and go farther....
