edge evolution question

update!!!! alright so after i calmed down over the weekend and tried again this morning to get my edge updated it finally did something different and actually tried to update but wouldn't which is different from before. so i called customer service as instructed and because my edge is old enough and they have a new version out then are sending me a new one. i have to send my old one in and they are sending me a new one. bonus!!!! so now i'm happier than a fat man eating birthday cake and will have a new updated version edge.
