Edge insight cs 4 v10

i just recently purchased the CS and was wondering when watching the shift pattern why is there a lock next to the 4 when im on the hwy and when im on a long strecth on the road it has a 3 with a lock. what does this mean?? i have a 02 V10

 

what gear your in and the lock is for your torque convertor when it locks up.

Hopefully I get this new job making LOTS more $$$$ and I'll be talking to mike soon and also gonna do the 8 inch on 37's again lol
