I've been running an Edge Evolution for about a year without any major problems. I did an update a couple months ago, just because I hadn't updated it for a while.
Now with my larger tires, I tried getting in and adjusting the tire size, and it's sending me an error message saying that my vehicle isn't supported and to contact tech support... I am still running level 2 and the performance hasn't changed, and all my gauges work. It's only when trying to customize the settings that I get the error message.
Now for the fun part, I plugged it into my computer via USB to update again, and it's not turning on! Is there a battery or something in the case that needs replaced? What's going on :Grenade:

Well. It's a 06 chip for my 07 truck, how could I have loaded the wrong tune? And I can't change It anyways cuz when I plug it in to the computer nothing happens. It doesn't light up and it's not recognized.

make sure to change it back to stock before doing any updating. I wonder if that is why it doesn't turn on when you connect it to the computer.

I was actually going to mention this until I kept reading. I think you have to flash back to stock, remove unit, update, then re-install... Double check w/ Edge.

Ok, I'll set back to stock and try again. I'm waiting to hear back from them right now.
