Engine is finally out... Let the teardown begin!

    :jester: Yes there is for a reliable DD. I drove 800 hp DD's and had to work on them to keep them on the road. I have driven 500 hp DD's and not had any issues...

    This won't see the track....just the dumbass kids who think they have a hot ricer! LOL I can't launch in 2x4 or else I will just roast the tires. Hell at 45mph, if I nail it, it will reak free the back two tires!

    ok then ill take 2 :D Im gettin cams so I can squeeze a lil more power out of it. and to get that awesome cam lope sound and ill already have everything out so I might as well

    wat gears you got?? and heck im dumb i thought it would break the front driveshaft just lockin it in on pavement!

    HAHA me too. I have been tinkering with it for almost 2 years. Be nice to have it back on the road for more than a test drive.

    3.73's. Your not dumb, I am expecting around 450-500hp at the rear wheels. So far when I launched the front driveshaft has held...Not to say that it will forever, but I had beefed up custom shafts built after I snapped the front climbing a 4' rock ledge in KS. Thank god it was the front. That would have been a LONG 5 hour drive home with the back shaft out! LOL

    oh okay, ive always not locked mine in on pavement, but trust me, i cant even spin these tires of mine :(

    I used to be there brother! Takes time and MONEY but you could do it too. I went from 133 RWHP to 450 RWHP. Kind of a seat of the pants mod! LOL
