Expected MPG in a 1995 5.8 4x4

    Not that I'm extremely worried about fuel mileage (used to drive a V-10 8.3). I tried to do a number of searches and the search feature didn't like MPG.

    For those driving an F-150 with a 5.8, whats your average MPG.

    i have a 96 with the same motor and an automatic trans...double tanks as well....i'm looking between 14-17 mpg depeneding on the wieght of which foot i'm using...:jester:

    Looks like I might need to do a tune up, I average about 11 and 4500 ft

    bwuahahahahahahahaha,,,,,yea...you might want to do that...i have yet to replace the plugs and cap and rotor button....also gonna do a magnaflow exhuast soon....going to go with the accel plug wires...did a real good job on the nite....that'll help a lil on the mpg

    I should pick up a little after changing out the cement block that was the air filter

    yea...well...that might help...lol....i think a k&n filter will help mine...gonna go with that too....i like your wheels though....they look good....lol.....

    Look closely, you'll see that the fronts are slightly different from the rear LOL
