Eagerly awaiting them, I chipped my drivers side the day I took the truck home... It's only the size of half of a dime, but it bugs the S out of me. I'm going to try some tinting on my old ones and see how I like it. Sent from my iThingy using Tapatalk
Got the taillights yesterday! Didn't realize they were tinted, or there was a crack in the passenger side light. It's all good though, I only needed the driver side. I used my headlight restore on it, buffed it all up and it looks almost original, I'm going to throw some tint on both of them to hide the obvious differences. Here's a pic, the difference isn't huge, but it noticeable to a picky guy like myself. The left one is from kingranch and the right one is mine. I restored and buffed the new one, but not mine. wow you did a great job restoring them. and yea they were kinda tinted and i was hoping the little chip wouldnt upset you too bad
nope. the one I needed was in good shape. I was hoping to sell my old one with the other one, but its no big deal. Id rather give 40 bucks to a fellow ffs member than 60 bucks to a junk yard, or someone on CL. Im going to hit them with the restore kit one more time, buff the shat out of them and even out the tinting. I got some tint from autozone today.
good! same here i'd sell the lights to an ffs member over a random person any day. iknow they're in good hands!
