    So why are there 2 different stud sizes? I mean FX4s came in both 4.6L and 5.4L yet they came with the same wheels. Why is there different sizes or is it one of those mysteries of Ford?

    the same reason no other vehicle can run a 5x135 rim. ford likes to be speshul
