I know you are and I appreciate it but my mechanical skills are lacking. I wouldn't know where to start with the welding and grinding. I kinda have my heart set on going with Air Ride gear. I know it can be done for cheaper using other companies but AR is the pioneer and leader in this and I'm afraid if I use an "off" brand the build and eventually my wallet will suffer. I spoke at length will one of the techs they have and he will be getting back to me soon. The best kit that they have is for a 350 that has 10" of travel, I need to get down to 14" to lay frame. I'm hoping to have a kit or proper components be on the way by next week. Then I can get on to wheels and tires and audio and lighting and.............................it never ends! LOL

ur gonna have to weld a notch still in the back, notch the frame up front for tie rods and a arms and so on its not just a kit.. theres still work u gotta raise wheelwells in back tub front end so it will lay most likely relocate everything above front wheels to cut it out

suicide doors makes a great kit for s10s idk bout ur truck but its good quality

Gonna have to find a shop to do that kind of work. I don't have the skills.
I have found my wheels though. 24" but I gotta wait to see about the bags. It's all about the bags.

By that I mean I have to check for clearance and scrubbing issues. 24" might not fit. I depends on the clearance when the truck is on frame. I know some cutting will be needed but just how much I don't know. It really depends on the way the bags are designed and installed.

Do you have any pics of your truck? I think the 22.5" Alcoas are sweet on bagged trucks
