only if it's free. I don't want to make the payment on it.

...Limiteds are nice, but i'd rather have a platinum... AWD on a full size truck and not being able to have the full tow capacity.. Ehh.. Plus i think the Platinum does a better job of putting all the different chrome accents on it and still pulling it off.

Dude, I'm sorry, but Platinums are ugly IMO. That tailgate panel alone would kill the deal for me. Then moving on to that grille, no go.

I guess that goes to show, different strokes for different folks. I feel like the Limited is the perfect F-150, you don't. If I were out to purchase a truck to haul with, I'd start off looking at Super Duties personally.

I like my Lariat, plenty of creature comforts but still rugged enough to jack up and mud.

I do not like the leather in Lariats. I had a chance to buy one back in 2002 when I bought mine, and passed on it from seeing how Ford's Lariat leather wears. Unfortunately it hasn't changed too much over the past 10 years. Nice trucks, but I'm too picky to watch my leather deteriorate over the years. I've got a 10 year old XLT with 0 stains on the carpet and seats, and almost no wear & tear. Sorry, not knocking anyone's truck, I'm just SUPER, SUPER picky about my vehicles. I'd be willing to take my chances with a Limited though :jester:
