The main problem that all 6.0s have is the coolant ford uses the gels and gums up at high temperatures when you add a programmer or any other power adder and that cause coolant to be forced into the intake and into the cylinders causein way to high of compression blowing the head gaskets...I read about 12 different websites before I got my 6.0 and one of them was internationals website which listed all problems and fixes to them

I fogot to mention the part that the egr cooler is what gets blocked because of the coolant forcing into the intake that's why they make upgraded egr coolers for those who still have to go through emissions and egr deletes for those who dont have to. The torgue to yield head bolts will actually handle up to 48 psi from what I've herd

Yes i drive the truck like your supposed to you CANNOT baby a 6.0 from what everything I've read you will have more problems out of them then if you drive it not dog it out but drive it and not baby it lol... I learned alot about 6.0s before I got mine and I race mine too that was my whole reason for gettin it
