    i dont like the atlas concept at all, and hope it remains a concept.
    dont like many of the new trucks designs. the 09-12 fords were nice, the 13's with their grilles and headlights just kinda ruined the truck for me. to flashy.
    especially the GM trucks new offerings, way to flashy and "oh look at me im such a PRETTY truck"

    yuck.

    I'm sure the Atlas will remain just a concept. They'll most likely take a few styling points here and there, but the truck overall is too radical of a change for your average truck buyer. I'm guessing the use of more aluminum body panels will be one of the things we see on the next gen F-150. Which should be of no surprise considering we've all read about car makers having to meet the new CAFE laws. I'm also not surprised to see the 6.2 going bye bye. I talked to a guy that's a salesman for Ford and he said they're not big sellers. Figure in the lack of sales, and the tight CAFE law, giant engines are sadly about to be a thing of the past.

    We'll see. I trust Ford. If they do screw it up, oh well, I'm okay with the 09-12's enough where I could buy one of them and be happy.
