Has anybody seen this this design of a Ford aftermarket wheel before on for sale wheel site? Trying figure out car it belongs to instead of what it fits. Plus the resell value of it also. 4x108, 15x7 21mm, 215/65/15 dunlop g/t qualifier tires, CB 2.855in = 72.517000mm. I used telescopic gauge then dial caliper to get the 2.855in measurement on the center bore.
That bolt pattern could be a number of different Fords. Anything from early Escorts to Contours and Aspires. Here's a list that may help narrow it down. http://www.boltpatternguide.com/Ford_Bolt_Patterns.htm They look like Escort EXP or Topaz wheels IMO. They also look like they could have came off a Mercury Capri too. Good Luck, and let us know what you find out! I'm curious myself now. Sent from my iPhone4 using Tapatalk
I dont know either til I take a tire off to see if theres label on the inside of the rim. I got a manual tire changer but worried about marking them up when taking the tire off with pry bar/screwdriver.
Unless the Ford logo is embossed on them, how do you know they are Ford factory wheels? I've seen that wheel on something that was very common but can't remember what it was for the life of me.
Yea its not stamped on the inside of the rim that faces the brakes. Might also fit a Saab, Audi, Peugeot, Porsche 924 77-86 and Volvo according to the 4x108 lug pattern
