    But am I the only one who thinks if the builder is the one who blew the engine while working on it, shouldn't he have payed for it?

    Yep real talk, Here in laredo they had masters for the trucks, that night there were 13 F250 stolen.. Still miss that truck.., oh and by the way as luck would have it.. Mario Williams had that truck stolen from him.. Found that out later as we both had the same insurance company.. :shocked:

    Yeah I worked out at deal with the builder seems he is interested in the truck.. I dont really even miss it, it's been 22 months since I've seen it..

    If that doesn't work out I'll bring it back and build me a 6.7l and get this thing rolling, I priced one out and let me tell you , they aren't cheap!

    Well in the world of performance you really are taking chances on performance adders, it will probably take a long time and about the same amount of money to take him to court, sue him and if he doesn't have money to pay me the judgement will perhaps be that he will have to cover 1/2 the cost and truthfully, I really had enough of the lies, waits, deceptions, and BS to deal with it much further. Imagine this,.. this setup was supposed to take 3 weeks to complete.. he has had it since April! He can simply walk in court and say.. " It's what the customer wanted, Blah blah blah "
