The 04 expy clip can be seen on sport trucks website. It will directly bolt on to a 99-03 f150. You change the header panel, bumper, hood, fenders, headlights, and grille. You use the same radiator support and hood latch. The only fab work is oblonging a hole in each fender and making bumper brackets. The expy brackets are wider than a f150.
How the heck was it not louder? And it sounds SO much better with full pipe all the way back and tips
I would think so and I know for sure that you would have to change hood latch cable because the grille is bolted to the hood. Other than that, I know the hood and fenders would bolt right on except for one bolt hole that will have to be oblonged. You will also have to use longer fender bolts in a couple of places to get everything to line up.
I gutted all 4 of my cats and bolted them back on. My truck is a lot louder than before. It started as a single in dual out flowmaster 40 series with cats.
