There is no difference really. My 00 Lariat had the same bumper as a 2003 Screw FX4. If there is a difference the bumper may be shorter for more clearance....I honestly think its one of those gimmiks.
The only difference is the front bumper, the top bumper pad is ptm the two tone flares instead ptm the truck. The rears aren't different that im aware of. As for the rangers in that year the only difference would be the fx4 level 2 tow hooks, but even those aren't part o the bumper itself Sent from my iThingy using Tapatalk
