my 4.6 has an 8.8 . And many mustang guys run Motive performance line and put a beating on them, and they are cheaper than yukon so that is what ill prolly get. Motive performance line is different from the regular motive line. Make sure u get the performance line if ya get motive. yukons are good but expensive. ford racing is good.
Ya. Me too. Looks like ist gonna be around $500 for install, 200-250 per set of gears, and 100 per install pack so around 1300 or so to do them....fml! J.Wal
I don't know how to set the back lash and all that. I don't know much about gears at all other than where they are and one part of em is round. Lol J.Wal
thats why we haz interwebz...you can find an exploded view and see al the little components and how they go together...plus you can google and find how to set the lash and all that too....if i dont know how to do somthing (and thats really rare) thats how i find out...and i do it myself that way i know how....
Labor-500, gears 250 preset, so 500, then master install kits are 100 a pice, so another 200, then oil and seals/ sealant. 50 or so. J.Wal
