    gonna be doing complete cooling system change

    1. new rad (my tranny cooler leaking)
    2. f250 tranny cooler
    3. Flex-a-lit 270 cooling fan kit
    4. Flex-a-lit dual fan controller
    5. 180 t-stat
    6. New water pump
    7. upper rad house
    8. lower rad hose

    anything im missing

    Looks good to me. Any reason why you're changing out everything?

    do i need to replace the heater hoses if i dont use the heater. lol. i feel like a noob. And yes because every hose is factory besides heater hose that was replaced at 75k. Truck has 158k on it now.

    Also its not cooling right im sitting around 220
