I know some guys on here got a spindle lift. I'm curious as to what brands make them and more importantly which ones are the best. Everytime i think i'm movin' on from the blue longbed, something changes so i'm just gonna go on and fix her up
my spindles are procomp and they're pretty good. Doetsch has good spindles for about $400. I wouldn't get fabtech spindles, they're just overpriced
I got mine from rough country, and there great. But I think they quit making them for our models. I got mine off of ebay brand new. Look on ebay, I htink a company called springtech makes a few. They have a 3.5 and 5.5 spindle kit. Heres a link if you want to look at them.http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=97+f150+2wd+lift+kit&_sacat=See-All-Categories You will have to scroll down.
MAke shure you read those reviews on springtech though befor you got them. I saw somthing the other day that said they werent that good, but it was just a random comment, so idk. If you got them.
The best will be the fabtech and doestsch. the doestsch will be your best option for the price because them and the fabtech keep the track width to as close to stock as possible. the other cheaper brands will kick out the front tires more. o and check this link http://www.f150online.com/forums/pa...-huge-f150-part-out-tons-stock-mod-parts.html
ok awesome. Yea, i looked at Rough Country ones because i'd seen a few people running them but it appears as you said, they don't make that setup anymore
