i need some input. one of my buddies used to drive a jeep, and he had a rack on it. well the other day i mentioned the idea of getting a roof rack to have somewhere to put a few lights, so he brought me back his and gave it to me for free cuz he doesnt use it anymore. like i said it came off a jeep so its got the mounts that allows it to be put on the roof fin things that suvs come with and some u bolts.

if it would even be possible, what would you guys think it would look like on my truck? ive got it in my bed right now and it reaches from my tailgate almost to where my toolbox stops, so im guessing it +/- 5 feet long. its a ROLA brand, never heard of it before, but then again im not a roof rack conniseur :jester:

you will need some roof rails to install it. unless you want to drill threw your roof.

thule makes a set i believe.

:hmmm2: If you drill into the roof maybe it can be counted as a real mod. I feel your pain.. i hated driving with people in the 97, "Nope it doesn't open.. go to the other side :okay2:"
