same here...but what you said about threading the grenade, I thought out shifters were splined not threaded?

 

theyre not splined or threaded, theyre clipped and pinned.

 

I was talkin about the knob itself not the full shifter

Ah... yeah, I dont even know if/how that comes off. every write up I read everyone just throws it out as the only reason theyre messing with it is because its bad. it could be pressed and splined.

i would cut the end off and use a tap and die to thread the shifter and grenade, and as far as brainstorming, haha, i always have ideas just dont necessarily have the resources to complete them
